It typically takes about an hour to repair brake pads. There are many places to compare hourly rates and get the lowest cost. If a store charges $100 for an hour, your brake pads cost $100. If another store has an hourly rate of $75, then your brake pads would cost $75.
If you’re in need of other repairs for your brakes, the same method can be employed. The calipers are usually completed in 3 hours while rotors can take roughly two hours. Calipers need more time because the brake lines have to be cleaned before they can be used.
